Robert E. Levasseur, Ph.D., a faculty member at one of America’s premier online Ph.D. granting universities, teaches doctoral courses and serves on the dissertation committees of students of management and public policy and administration. To date, Dr. Levasseur has helped over 100 students achieve their goal of earning a doctorate. In addition to mentoring PhD and DBA students and serving on dissertation committees, Dr. Levasseur teaches courses in management, decision making, leadership and organizational change, and research methods.

Dr. Levasseur, a Maine native, earned undergraduate degrees in physics and electrical engineering from Bowdoin College and MIT, and master’s degrees in electrical engineering and management from Northeastern University and the MIT Sloan School of Management, respectively. His Ph.D. in Applied Management and Decision Sciences is from Walden University. Dr. Levasseur has taught part time for Boston University, Franklin University, the International School of Management, Northcentral University, and the University of Maryland University College, and full time for the University of the Virgin Islands and Walden University.
